MINOR-SWEL - Minor in Social Welfare

The Social Welfare minor consists of 15 semester hours of social work to include:

• SCWK 200 (3) Introduction to Social Work 

• SCWK 305 (3) Human Behavior in the Social Environment            

• SCWK 306 (3) Working with Multi-Cultural Populations

• SCWK 321 (3) Social Welfare as a Social Institution

• 3 hours of SCWK electives
