MINOR-FTEC - Minor in Financial Technology

The Minor in Fintech consists of 15 - 16 credit hours as follows:

• One of CSCI 207 (4) Introduction to Computer Science or CSCI 350 (3) Programming for Business

• FINC 311 (3) Principles of Finance

• FINC 517 (3) Fundamentals of Fintech

• FINC 512 (3) Investments

• FINC 570 (3) Foundations in Financial Data Analytics.

The following are prerequisites for courses in the minor: MATH 101 or MATH 151, CSCI 101, CSCI 101A, C or P, CSCI 101B, CSCI 101D or E, ACCT 280, BSAN 205, BSAN 210, MGMT 341.
