MINOR-NUTR - Minor-Human Nutrition

The minor in human nutrition consists of 18-19 semester hours of course work, 15 hours in human nutrition (NUTR) and:

• CHEM 101 (3) Applying Chemistry to Society OR

• CHEM 201 (4) General Chemistry I OR

• CHEM 211 (4) Accelerated General Chemistry

6 hours of NUTR must be above the 299 level.
