MINOR-ACCT - Minor in Accounting

The minor in Accounting consists of 15.5 semester hours to include:

• ACCT 280 (3) Intro to Financial Accounting [MATH 105, 150, 151, or 201 is pre-requisite]  

• ACCT 281 (3) Intro to Managerial Accounting [MATH 105, 151, or 201 is pre-requisite]    

• ACCT 305 (3) Intermediate Accounting I  

• ACCT 306 (3) Intermediate Accounting II  

• CSCI 101B (.5) Using Microsoft Excel

And one of the following:

• ACCT 309 (3) Cost Accounting  

• ACCT 401 (3) Introduction to Tax  

• ACCT 409 (3) Auditing Principles and Procedures  

Students must meet all prerequisites for required courses listed in the minor.
